Trend Rooms 2025. Inspired by textiles

Inspired by textiles. Textile decorator of the Avangard room of the Trend Rooms project Albina Boriskina @albina_boriskina spoke about the textile solution she implements in this room.

The room is filled with metaphors and features a large number of conceptual solutions. The main idea is to combine functionality, a soft, comfortable atmosphere and artistic thought filled with allusions to the Soviet avant–garde, as a reflection of the phenomenon of the origin of inspiration, its path from our inner world to the outer space.

,Textile tasks in the project.

A thread is a connecting link between the past, present and future. The concept of the room is a path of thought, inspiration from the past to the future through the deep possibilities of a person.

Ideas are like threads in the hands of a person who creates the material - the basis for future creativity.
The complex layout of the hinged panels in the background embodies the difficult path of man with ups and downs!

Multilayerism as the idea of the human path: the multitasking of the present, built on the foundation of past achievements and at the same time its fragility; the creation of the present (central installation) and the projection of the future (panel in front of the viewer).

The central installation is the process of creating a new one.
A source of inspiration.
Atelier YokYok studio in Paris created the installation Les Voitesfilantes - or The Shooting Vaults - in a 16th-century Gothic monastery at St. Stephen's Cathedral in Cahors, southwestern France.

The implementation of the concept in the Avangard room can be seen at the HomeTextile X HomeDesign exhibition.
