You're looking at the library of a couple of intelligent vampires.
They have seen more of the Tatar-Mongol yoke and the Inquisition. Over the years they've grown tired of the noise and the people, they don't like where the world is going, and all they have left are books and their crypto-vampire love story.
So, we have red in front of us!
Red is the colour of pleasure and it is the colour of prohibition.
It is the colour of physical pleasure and eroticism, it is the curtain of the theatre, it is Coca-Cola and it is the colour of Christmas and Santa Claus.
It is the colour of attention. It warns, authorises, condemns and punishes. It is the red robe of the judge, it is mistakes marked by the teacher with a red pen, it is the red level of danger.

Diana pays great attention to colour in her projects: she started experimenting with complex saturated shades and non-trivial combinations earlier than many others.
"The style in which I work, I would call maximalism. I use a lot of colour, different shapes, unusual objects that are beautiful on their own and in combination with each other.
I like provocation, risk, something on the edge of the foul, but the whole picture is harmonious," says Diana about her work.
